The Body Double™ Standard Set has a working time of 5 minutes and a demold time of 20 minutes, making it ideal for artists who need to work quickly. With the addition of HYPERFOLIC™ release additive, the silicone rubber becomes self-releasing, making it easy to remove from hair-covered body areas.
Before applying the Body Double™, ensure the skin is clean and free of makeup, cosmetics, and oils. Use the Body Double™ Release Cream or HYPER-FOLIC™ Release Additive to minimize mechanical lock and ensure easy removal of the mold.
When mixing the Body Double™, use a 1:1 ratio by volume and stir thoroughly to achieve a uniform color. Apply the mixture directly to the skin using a soft-bristle brush and spread evenly over the surface to be molded.
After the Body Double™ has cured, apply a support shell using Gypsona™ Plaster Bandages to create a strong and durable mold. Demold the rubber from the body slowly and carefully, and use Make-Up Remover or baby oil to remove any remaining release cream or adhesive.
